Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a seasoned middle office professional in New York to oversee liquidity monitoring, ABL compliance, and collateral administration. The role coordinates closings, amendments, and asset transfers with counsel and banks, while managing loan operations and counterparty relationships.

You will support fund accounting, investor reporting, and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate reconciliations, NAV, and P&L data.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of middle office operations experience.
• Credit product knowledge of bank debt, corporate bonds, repo, and Total Return Swaps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fund liquidity, ABL borrowing bases, line availability, collateral, margin calls, and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate facility closings, amendments, extensions, asset transfers, collateral administration, and go-live with legal, banks, and deal teams.
• Manage loan operations and trade settlements, including allocations, corporate actions, credit agreement tracking, and reconciliations.
• Manage banking and derivatives counterparty relationships, including onboarding, KYC, approvals, regulatory requirements, and committee materials.
• Maintain portfolio monitoring and valuation, including SOFR repricing, accruals, hedging, and IRR tracking.
• Support fund accounting and investor reporting including NAV/P&L reconciliations, LP reporting, schedules of investments, due diligence, and fundraising materials.

Job description

• Coordinate ABL facility closings, amendments, extensions, asset transfers, collateral administration, and go-live activities with legal counsel, banks, and deal teams.
• Manage loan operations and trade settlement, including trade allocations, corporate actions, credit agreement tracking, and portfolio system reconciliations.
• Manage banking and derivatives counterparty relationships, including onboarding, KYC, approvals, regulatory requirements, and Counterparty Oversight Committee materials.
• Maintain portfolio monitoring and valuation processes, including SOFR repricing, accrual reconciliations, valuation support, hedging activity, and realization/IRR tracking.
• Support fund accounting and investor reporting, including NAV and P&L reconciliations, LP reporting, Schedules of Investments, due diligence requests, and fundraising materials.
