Role Overview
This investment-focused position offers exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including financial analysis, due diligence, portfolio oversight, and strategic investment evaluation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior professionals to assess investment opportunities, support transaction execution, monitor existing investments, and contribute to broader portfolio management initiatives.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Conducting market, industry, and company-specific research to support investment decisions
- Assisting with investment memoranda, presentations, and internal reporting materials
- Evaluating potential investment opportunities and supporting transaction underwriting efforts
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying key trends or risks
- Tracking active opportunities and supporting overall pipeline management
- Contributing to team meetings, strategic discussions, and special projects
- Supporting investor, stakeholder, and business development initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Approximately 2-6 years of relevant experience within investment banking, corporate finance, lending, private markets, consulting, or other analytical investment environments
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skill set
- Understanding of accounting, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrated attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
