State Street is seeking a Senior Associate in the Private Credit Fund Services team. You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and reporting of investment and fund performance data for global Private Credit funds and affiliated entities.

The role involves maintaining ledgers, preparing schedules, and performing analytical reviews to support financial reporting and client deliverables. The team works with fund clients and internal partners to deliver accurate, timely information.

Competenze

• Fund accounting and/or public accounting experience is required.
• Verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients are expected.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet client deliverables.

Mansioni

• Maintaining the general ledger for fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements and capital allocations.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Preparing client correspondences.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Handling special projects as requested.
