Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate in its Private Credit Fund Services group to support global funds. You will maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements and schedules, and analyze fund performance data while coordinating capital calls and distributions.

The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and auditors, rigorous administrative discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with the ability to multi-task to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for fund entities and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital allocations.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data and review capital calls and distributions.
• Compute waterfalls and capital account allocations and prepare client correspondences.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
