Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy & Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate to guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You will provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services across the deal lifecycle, building client connections and expanding technical expertise.

As a Senior Associate, you will mentor others and work in a dynamic team addressing deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation.

Qualifications

• MBA required or in final year with 3+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Final-year MBA candidates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive analysis and industry trend analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• Create detailed financial models to assess potential deal structures and outcomes.
• Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation.
