Job summary

Guggenheim Investments seeks a Senior Associate for the Policies, Procedures, and Controls team in New York City. You will help draft, update, and govern policies, procedures, charters, flows, and related documentation that support GI's investment management and operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Investment Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure processes meet regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, drafting, and updating policies, procedures, charters, and related documentation reflecting firm practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle for documentation, coordinating issuances and approvals.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and maintain organized documentation inventories.
• Prepare materials for senior management and governance forums.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio outputs aligned with firm standards.
