Job summary

Savills' market-leading London Planning Team is seeking an MRTPI-qualified Senior Planner or Associate to help deliver a significant pipeline of commercial, infrastructure, industrial and logistics projects.

You will work with Directors, manage planning strategies from inception to completion, and contribute to major applications, Local Plan representations, appeals and DCO projects while developing client relationships and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in UK planning.
• Experience across a range of planning work and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning strategies and secure positive outcomes for schemes.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Work on major planning applications, Local Plan representations, appeals and DCO projects.
• Build client relationships and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support Directors in delivering a significant pipeline of projects.
