Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an early-career Town Planner to join a growing planning consultancy, focusing on Reserved Matters and residential development. The role offers hands-on project exposure and training to progress toward MRTPI.

With around 12-18 months' planning experience, you will support applications, liaise with clients and authorities, prepare planning statements, and build a valuable specialism within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 12-18 months' Town Planning experience.
• Some Reserved Matters exposure and a good understanding of the process.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Keen to develop your career and work towards MRTPI.
