Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in either insurance defense work or plaintiff personal injury litigation. This dual-sided practice allows you to experience the stability of defense work with hourly fees, while also engaging in challenging and rewarding plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and discovery.

Represent clients in both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases.

Develop and manage cases from inception to trial.

Collaborate with senior attorneys to grow your skill set both in the courtroom and in managing the business of law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, either in insurance defense or plaintiff-side practice.

Proven experience taking depositions and managing motion practice.
