Job summary

Sacco & Fillas, LLP, a well-established plaintiffs' personal injury law firm in New York, seeks an Associate Attorney with at least three years of plaintiff's PI litigation experience to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload, appear in court, draft pleadings, take depositions, and collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys to advance meaningful personal injury cases for injured clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with designated paralegal.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Assist with appellate work and trial preparation

Job description

A well-established and successful plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience to join our growing team.
