PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Outsourcing Practice in a dynamic, client-focused environment in the United States. You will support multiple engagements, perform accounting and tax work, and assist with daily client service delivery.
You will collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and Partners, mentoring junior staff while expanding technical expertise. A CPA or EA is preferred; in-office work is required.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Outsourcing Practice. In this role, you will support multiple client engagements, perform accounting and tax-related work, and assist with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality client service. You will work closely with Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and Partners, interact directly with clients, and provide guidance to junior team members. This position offers the opportunity to expand your technical expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and continue developing your career in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional growth and exceptional client service.
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
