Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax practice serving professional services clients and high-net-worth individuals. You will prepare and review federal, state, and local returns and collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to deliver high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate has strong technical tax knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience handling complex compensation structures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required.
• 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting required.
• Active CPA license, EA certification, or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact and develop relationships.
• Prepare and review federal, state, local tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120-S, 709).
• Assist with multi-state tax issues and planning strategies.
• Mentor Associates and Interns on client engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
