Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Managed Services Associate / Senior Associate for Oracle EPM to support EPBCS delivery and client service across engagements in the US and Canada.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, manage SLAs, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior Associate) in Oracle EPM services, a relevant certification, and

Qualifications

• Must have EPBCS expertise and hands-on experience in Oracle EPM services.
• 2–4 years experience for Associate or 5+ years for Senior Associate in Oracle EPM services.
• At least one Oracle EPM certification (Level 2) and ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day managed services operations and incident resolution.
• Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain client relationships and understand needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service metrics and help implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
