Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Texas to deliver high-quality eye care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system while ensuring excellent patient experiences in a collaborative store environment.

As a primary health care provider, you will use your training to examine patients, establish doctor-patient relationships, and work with leadership to uphold brand standards and KPIs. Full-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• DPA and TPA certification as required by state regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership for growth.
