Job summary

Target Optical in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions as part of a collaborative practice under EssilorLuxottica's umbrella.

The role emphasizes patient relationships, adherence to clinical protocols, and use of advanced optical technology to support patient outcomes and practice growth. Licensing in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to promote growth and a strong work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
