DoorDash is expanding its Fulfillment team by hiring an Associate in the New Verticals Strategy & Operations group. You will test and scale features, work with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers, and own key performance metrics to improve delivery quality across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

This individual contributor role emphasizes ownership, data analysis, and the ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed, hands-on execution within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; comfortable with Excel and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Test, iterate and scale product features and operational initiatives to improve fulfillment speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers to develop best-in-class product features.
• Own metrics and drive improvements across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.
