Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm delivering hands-on solutions in disputes and investigations. The team focuses on designing, assessing, and enhancing corporate compliance and ethics programs, and conducting internal investigations into alleged violations.

You will independently interface with clients, lead market-facing efforts, and contribute to collateral and thought leadership while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior experience in compliance/ethics at a company or professional services firm and/or with government law enforcement or regulatory agencies is preferred.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities required. Must independently produce polished work products.
• Proficiency with MS Office productivity and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects designing, assessing, and enhancing corporate compliance and ethics programs.
• Conduct internal factfinding investigations into alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or policies.
• Assist with independent oversight engagements including monitorships, trusteeships, receiverships, and other fiduciary roles.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans guided by leadership experience.
