• Excellent research and writing capabilities; must independently produce polished work products.
• Proficient in using MS Office productivity and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Lead projects designing, assessing, and enhancing corporate compliance and ethics programs.
• Conduct internal factfinding investigations involving alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or corporate policies.
• Assist with independent oversight engagements including corporate monitorships, trusteeships, receiverships, and other fiduciary roles.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans based on guidance from team leadership and experience.
• Interface with clients and deliver high-quality work product.
• Lead in development of collateral, thought leadership, marketing, and other market-facing projects.
