You will turn imperfect information into clear, executive-ready analysis while helping strengthen the team’s analytical capability and use of technology.

The Role

• Partner with senior stakeholders on bespoke analysis relating to compensation, business economics, and strategic commercial questions.

What We’re Looking For

• Seven to ten years’ experience in management-company finance, compensation consulting, or internal strategy within a large alternative asset manager.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is useful but not essential.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience producing sound analysis from incomplete data.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and a record of influencing senior decision-makers.
