Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to recruit a senior associate for its management reporting team within Financial Operations. You will turn imperfect information into clear, executive-ready analysis while helping strengthen the team’s analytical capability and use of technology.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in management-company finance or internal strategy within a large alternative asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is useful but not essential.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience producing sound analysis from incomplete data.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities
