Job summary

DraftKings Inc., a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston, seeks a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to shape strategies that strengthen performance across Loyalty & VIP Growth. You’ll equip leaders with data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and scalable processes for high-impact decisions.

You’ll build strategic roadmaps, implement KPI-based evaluations, own competitive intelligence workstreams, and translate analytics into concrete recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations and planning, or a similar field.
• Experience owning competitive intelligence or market research workstreams, including competitor analysis, industry research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Experience using AI to optimize workflows and build tools or agents that improve the efficiency and quality of work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, prioritize based on business needs, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience translating complex data into clear business insights and recommendations; proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications and experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, SQL, and Snowflake are preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,500.00 USD - 88,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
