Job summary

Adelyn Charles Interiors is seeking an experienced Associate Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects in Naples, Florida. You will act as the primary designer and client liaison, guiding projects from concept through completion with a strong design perspective and meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with architects, craftspeople, and vendors, and mentor design assistants while upholding ACI standards and luxury client expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of the custom residential construction process.
• Experience working directly with builders, architects, contractors, and trades.
• Strong space planning, architectural detailing, finish selection, and furnishings capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident collaboration with luxury clientele.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through construction, furnishings, installation, and final completion.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact throughout the design process.
• Develop cohesive design concepts reflecting client vision and Adelyn Charles Interiors standards.
• Lead client presentations and communicate design concepts, selections, and decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, contractors, landscape designers, and other partners.
• Review drawings and provide design input during planning and construction.
• Develop space plans, elevations, furnishings schemes, and design documentation.
• Source products and materials meeting design intent, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, trades, and craftspeople.
