Sabrina Rose Interiors seeks a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to independently manage large-scale luxury residential projects from concept through completion. The role demands strong Florida code knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to lead with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in luxury interiors, a keen eye for detail, and leadership to guide junior designers while overseeing timelines, budgets, and client presentations.

Formación

• 10+ years of luxury residential interior design experience (new construction & renovations).
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Required).
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction documents and technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage high-end residential new construction and renovation projects from concept to installation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive design plans, including spatial layouts, millwork, and material selections.
• Create and refine AutoCAD drawings and construction documents with code compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges.
• Conduct on-site visits to review progress and maintain design integrity.
• Source furnishings, materials, finishes, and fixtures aligned with client goals.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and guide technical and creative project aspects.
