Fusion Staffing Partners is assisting a global Alternative Investment Fund in recruiting a Senior Associate to lead product management, content creation, and fundraising support for a hybrid capital strategy.

The role requires 4+ years in opportunistic credit or hybrid capital, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. CFA/MBA is a plus. You will interact with investors and collaborate with the investment team to structure bespoke offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFA and/or MBA a plus.
• 4+ years in opportunistic credit, special situations, or hybrid capital product management, BD, capital raising or IR.
• Experience across a fundraising cycle is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product management, content creation and fundraising support for the hybrid capital strategy.
• Act as SMEs and liaison between investors and the investment team.
• Collaborate with the investment team to tailor product structures to investor needs.
• Perform market research and competitive positioning in hybrid capital and opportunistic credit.
• Develop marketing collateral and pitch materials for fundraising rounds.
• Engage institutional investors and provide insights into capabilities and solutions.
• Support strategic account planning and sales objectives with the business development team.
