Founders First Capital Partners, Inc. seeks a Capital Markets Associate/Senior Associate to own investor diligence, fundraising modeling, and intermediary development.

You will coordinate across Finance, Impact Lending, and Marketing to deliver investor-ready materials and drive growth. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three onsite days per week at our San Diego headquarters and opportunities to lead investor relations, reporting, and new fundraising initiatives as the firm scales toward

Competenze

• 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, investor relations or capital formation, wealth management, management consulting, or related financial services
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in economics, business, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including advanced Excel, with ability to interpret firm- and fund-level financials
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven project management skills
• Proactive problem solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Experience with RIAs, wealth managers, OCIOs, or donor-advised funds is a plus

Mansioni

• Lead diligence and investor-facing responses from prospective investors across cross-functional teams
• Model fund economics and conduct supplemental data analysis for fundraising
• Maintain data room materials and ensure transparency and accessibility
• Support structuring of future fund vehicles and launch prep
• Lead new investor onboarding, including KYC/AML and closing activities
• Develop intermediary channel strategies and launch new fundraising verticals
• Oversee investor reporting and board/investor meeting support
• Assist with department and firm-building initiatives and CRM dashboards
