LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Associate in Sunnyvale to partner with Flagship Consumer leaders, shaping product strategy and driving sustainable growth. You will use data, forecasting, and business analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and influence roadmaps.

The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance teams to translate analysis into measurable impact. The position is hybrid, with work from home and select office days.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in the technology industry (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Identify growth opportunities and support strategy development with business partners.
• Validate and execute pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalize ideas and develop plans for execution with some guidance from senior staff.
• Build collaborative relationships with other teams and seek input to understand priorities and constraints.
• Communicate forecasts, analyses, and trends to drive action with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop narratives from insights to influence decision-making with limited guidance.
• Support growth initiatives with a metrics-oriented perspective and minimal supervision.
• Maintain and update complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics.
• Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform sources to assess signals, trends, and risks.
• Develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks; address complex business questions with ad hoc analyses.
