Job summary

Referment, a global investment and technology firm, is seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. You’ll be the primary contact for trading-desk questions and ensure post-trade activity is reliable, controlled and transparent across multiple asset classes.

You’ll improve workflows, data and monitoring to support new strategies and asset classes, working with front office, technology and operations to strengthen processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of relevant financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, P&L, security-master data and settlement.
• Experience handling front-office enquiries and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational problems.
• The ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics that provide useful operational insight.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and close attention to detail, combined with a willingness to take ownership.

You’ll be a primary contact for trading-desk questions and take responsibility for making post-trade activity reliable, controlled and transparent. Alongside resolving day-to-day issues, you’ll improve workflows, data and monitoring so the operation can support new strategies and asset classes effectively.

The Role
