Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. You will serve as a primary contact for trading-desk questions and ensure post-trade activity remains reliable, controlled and transparent.

You’ll work with trading, technology and operations teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and develop dashboards and tools that enhance oversight, data quality and risk management across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–10 years in financial operations or trade support.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, P&L, settlement and data quality.
• Ability to design dashboards and analytics for operational insight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for trading-desk inquiries and post-trade ops.
• Collaborate with trading, technology and operations to resolve issues.
• Develop workflows, dashboards and tools for oversight and efficiency.
• Identify operational risks across the trade lifecycle.
• Contribute to projects expanding middle-office capabilities.
