Qualifications

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. The team supports the lifecycle of trading activity across multiple asset classes and strategies, connecting the front office with technology and operational teams.

You’ll be a primary contact for trading-desk questions and take responsibility for making post-trade activity reliable, controlled and transparent. Alongside resolving day-to-day issues, you’ll improve workflows, data and monitoring so the operation can support new strategies and asset classes effectively.

The Role

• Act as a primary contact for trading-desk enquiries and coordinate post-trade operations across asset classes and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree and five to ten years of relevant financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, P&L, security-master data and settlement.
• Experience handling front-office enquiries and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational problems.
• The ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics that provide useful operational insight.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and close attention to detail, combined with a willingness to take ownership.

Familiarity with major financial-data platforms or comparable middle- and back-office tools would be useful.
