Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. You’ll be the primary contact for trading-desk questions and own post-trade reliability, controls and transparency across asset classes.

You’ll collaborate with trading, technology and operations to resolve issues, improve workflows and data quality, and develop dashboards and tools to oversee activity and continuity.

This role suits someone with lifecycle expertise and a focus on risk and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in financial operations or trade-support.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle: capture, P&L, settlement.
• Experience coordinating front-office enquiries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for trading-desk enquiries and coordinate post-trade operations across asset classes and strategies.
• Work with trading, technology and operations teams to resolve issues and strengthen processes, controls and data quality.
• Develop workflows, dashboards and tools that improve oversight of trading activity, operational efficiency and continuity of knowledge.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across the trade lifecycle.
• Contribute to projects that expand middle-office capabilities for new investment strategies or asset classes.
