Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Associate on the Global Banking Intelligence & Growth Strategy team to partner with senior leaders, shape strategic priorities, and drive data-driven revenue growth at scale through advanced analytics and AI/LLM techniques.

You will work across M&A, capital markets, FX, and corporate banking to translate insights into actionable recommendations and support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm, top-tier bank, or private equity firm with a focus on data-driven strategy and advanced analytics development
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue-driven analytics, market sizing, TAM and wallet modeling, and capital markets data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets and AI/LLM tools for insight generation
• Experience in building data models (SQL, Python, Alteryx) and visualizations (Tableau, Qlik)
• Ability to translate analyses into executive-level insights and recommendations
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders across banking and product organizations

Responsibilities

• Identify actionable global banking opportunities by integrating internal indicators with external deal activity and signals
• Develop market and product insights from proprietary payments data and external sources
• Create TAM, wallet and share-of-wallet models to guide banker focus
• Monitor market developments to inform client engagement and product strategy
• Design banker coverage models and territory strategies to optimize resources
• Build analytical workflows, dashboards, and opportunity assessments for decision-making at scale
• Drive complex analytical efforts and translate outputs into executive recommendations
• Partner with leaders across IB, Corporate Banking, Payments and Markets to inform strategy
• Lead initiatives from ideation through execution with rigor and clear outcomes
