Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active U.S. license.
• 8+ years progressive legal experience with insurance regulatory focus.
• In-house experience advising executives and managing risk.
• Experience with multistate product filings and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead MASA’s regulatory strategy and multistate product filings.
• Advise executives with clear, practical legal guidance.
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate outside counsel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, claims, and operations.
