Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar membership in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience in major law firms or in-house legal departments.
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills with business-focused solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on day-to-day legal and compliance matters across divisions including sales, marketing, broadcasting, finance, IT, international operations, and stadium operations.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and third parties; manage risk.
• Independently identify priorities and manage workflows; support litigation and policy updates.
• Coordinate with MLB offices and outside counsel to advance the Company's objectives.
