Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice and counsel to ASU and ABOR on complex matters.
• Draft, negotiate and review agreements for the transactional group and university offices.
• Advise on regulatory compliance with federal and state laws and university policies.
• Represent ASU in negotiations, administrative proceedings and disputes.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on specialized matters as needed.
