Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates, and reviews agreements for the transactional group.
• Provides legal counsel and prepares opinions for administrative offices.

• Researches laws and legislative history.
• Collaborates with outside counsel.
• Maintains relationships with regulatory resources.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
