Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in health care law.
• Experience in healthcare operations law and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in health care-related drafting and transactional matters.
• Prior large law firm experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a wide variety of matters related to Tenet’s portfolio of facilities.
• Review and analyze arrangements between Tenet facilities and other parties for compliance with Stark, anti-kickback and other fraud and abuse laws, EMTALA, HIPAA, and relevant requirements.
• Deliver training presentations on legal issues pertaining to facility operations.
