Antora Energy, Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel to lead the legal work behind its transition from technology development to commercial-scale deployment.

This role covers customer and offtake agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, equipment supply, interconnection, site agreements, and project financings with tax equity structures and co-investor partnerships. Qualifications

• 15+ years of legal experience including top-tier firm foundation and senior in-house leadership (Deputy GC, Associate GC, or equivalent).
• Deep project development and finance expertise in energy with experience closing financings, tax equity, offtake, EPC & O&M, and M&A in energy or related infrastructure.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing risk and speed with practical decision-making.
• Experience leading attorneys and cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and commercial units.
• Comfort with hardware- and capital-intensive projects, construction, supply chains, and interconnection.
• Familiarity with AI tools in legal practice and willingness to integrate AI into workflows.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Regular on-site presence at San Jose facility, with hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Structure and draft commercial and project agreements (offtake, EPC, O&M, supply, interconnection, site control).
• Lead legal workstreams for project financings including debt, tax equity, and co-investment structures; manage closings end-to-end.
• Advise executive team on transaction structure, risk, and commercial terms with concrete recommendations.
• Support corporate financing, governance, and entity structuring with CFO and CBO.
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence on projects and counterparties.
