Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the New Verticals Central Ops team to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail divisions. You will own metrics, collaborate with ML, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams, and help scale new delivery capabilities.

You will analyze customer feedback, define improvement opportunities, and work hands-on to implement end-to-end solutions that enhance order quality and selection.

Qualifications

• Data-driven decision making and ability to talk to customers.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; SQL is a bonus.
• Proven ability to own metrics and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
