Job summary

ClearPoint Search Group is partnering with a growing organization to add a Senior Associate – Finance & Strategic Projects to its team. This is a flexible hybrid opportunity in the Twin Cities with exposure to strategic initiatives across the business.

You will support and lead strategic finance and capital projects, build financial analysis and forecasts, track budgets and project performance, and collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to drive opportunities from analysis through

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience managing projects or working across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Finance, analytics, and project management experience.
