One of the most exciting and fastest-growing investment platforms in the market is seeking an FP&A & Portfolio Management Associate to join a highly visible team supporting senior leadership on strategic finance, portfolio management, capital allocation, financing activities, and corporate development initiatives.

The firm has built an impressive portfolio of businesses across Asset Management, Insurance, Infrastructure, Technology, Luxury & Lifestyle, Mobility, and Entertainment, and continues to experience significant growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional FP&A, partnering directly with investment professionals, executive leadership, operating companies, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams on some of the firm's most strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial models and analyses used to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making
  • Support fair value reporting and performance analysis across portfolio investments
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership
  • Analyze capital structure, leverage, financing arrangements, and covenant compliance
  • Assist with capital raise initiatives and investor due diligence requestsSupport investment financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions
  • Participate in corporate development and M&A-related initiatives
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across the platform
  • Partner closely with Deal Teams, Subsidiary Companies, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Legal
