Responsibilities:

• Support teams with revenue and performance reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership use
• Prepare executive-level summaries and business performance reviews
• Track external trends and summarize competitive insights
• Create custom reports for senior and sales leadership
• Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and reliable
• Manage access permissions for financial reporting tools
• Train staff on reporting systems and dashboard use
• Document key processes and analysis methods
• Contribute to additional projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• 2+ years of finance experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, 401(k)

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
