Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in its Consumer & Community Banking Finance Data Ecosystem team to define platform strategy and build data analytics capabilities. You will drive governance, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment for scalable platform delivery while coordinating with Product, Technology, Platforms, and Design.

You will turn ambiguity into action, run governance forums, and provide executive-level updates to senior leaders on status, risks, and business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Strong command of Agile delivery fundamentals and tools; Jira is essential, Confluence/SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
• Schedule and run recurring delivery ceremonies and stakeholder meetings; publish notes, actions, owners, and due dates.
