Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate within the Consumer Banking Firmwide FDIC Deposits Platform to drive product development and optimization through user research, metrics analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and QA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Data query & analysis, including product engineering concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, validate outcomes, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience writing Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and working directly with engineering and testing teams in a delivery environment.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (such as Jira) in an Agile delivery environment.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy to support product decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver value to customers.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Lead data-driven analysis to support product priorities, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable requirements.
• Partner daily with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to clarify scope, support refinement, and resolve delivery questions.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, including story creation, prioritization support, status tracking, and defect linkage.
• Support Agile ceremonies — including refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives — to ensure smooth execution from intake to delivery.
