Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Associate to join our global recruitment team. Working with Managing Consultants and Sector Leader, you will lead the full search delivery process from candidate identification to interviews and client shortlists, supporting executive and professional searches across the Consumer sector.

This role offers exposure to consumer products, retail, e-commerce, and related markets, with emphasis on delivering high-quality hires within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting/commercial experience with strong industry network.
• Full life-cycle retained search recruiting experience, including cold calling and strategy development.
• Experience recruiting in the Consumer sector (retail, e-commerce, goods) preferred.
• Consultative mindset, able to anticipate client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly across diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors to identify top talent.
• Identify top talent by sourcing and mapping markets with data accuracy.
• Approach suitable candidates and qualify them against competencies; create target lists.
• Conduct interviews, write reports and present shortlists to clients.
• Provide weekly/bi-weekly client updates and maintain communication.
• Handle logistics for interviews, gather feedback, present offers, negotiate.
• Manage KPI to improve productivity and time to shortlist/hire.
• Build relationships within the industry to expand network and maintain market data.
• Develop shortlisted candidates and maintain world-class referral networks.
• Contribute to process, career development and training initiatives.
• Conduct weekly searches to stay updated on Industrial industry trends.
• Collaborate with Managing Consultants and Sector Leader to share information.
• Build positive relationships and share knowledge.
