Korn Ferry in the United States seeks an Associate/Senior/Managing Associate to identify and develop candidates for executive search projects, assisting with market intelligence and preparing presentations for business development.

You will work with engagement teams from Analysts to Partners, manage search stages, lead candidate outreach and benchmarking, document data, and contribute to client reports; levels one through three describe a path to Principal/Partner.

Competenze

• Three to seven years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-driven, dynamic, and capable of advancement within Korn Ferry.
• Strong interpersonal and evaluative skills.

Mansioni

• Research: map the market and develop source lists.
• Candidate development: generate relevant candidates for projects.
• Candidate outreach and management: communicate with candidates.
• Lead search process activities and prepare client-facing documentation.
• Provide client-facing reports and updates to engagement partners.
