Qualifications

• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for retained search.
• Cold calling, developing search strategies and client/candidate management.
• Experience recruiting within or supporting the Consumer sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct initial research to identify top talent for mid to senior roles.
• Identify talent by sourcing and mapping relevant markets with data accuracy.
• Approach suitable candidates and qualify them against competencies for each project.
• Conduct interviews, write reports, and present shortlists to clients.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain clear communication with candidates and clients.
