Qualifications

• At least eight years’ experience in strategic finance or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or related subject.
• Strong financial-modelling capability and the ability to move between executive-level questions and detailed analysis.
• Commercial judgement with a track record of supporting senior decision-makers with well-reasoned recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including confidence presenting complex findings to senior audiences.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to find a senior finance leader for its financial analysis and reporting team. The group provides forward-looking analysis and clear business insight to support decisions across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll work closely with executive leadership while remaining hands-on with the financial detail. The mandate spans strategic analysis, forecasting and management reporting, with scope to improve the models, tools and standards that underpin firmwide decisions.
