LA28 is recruiting a Senior Associate, EVS Spectator Communications to craft clear, engaging content for fans, volunteers and staff ahead of the Olympic/Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
You will shape the spectator communications strategy, partner with multiple teams, and translate operational plans into accessible messages that welcome every visitor and support a seamless Games experience.

The Senior Associate, EVS Spectator Communications helps shape how millions of spectators experience the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In the years leading up to the Games, you will create clear, engaging communications that guide fans, volunteers, staff and operational stakeholders, establishing the spectator communications approach from the ground up. Partnering across Event Visitor Services and cross-functional teams, you will turn operational plans into accessible, inclusive messages that help every visitor feel informed, welcome and ready to enjoy the Games.
Spectator communications shape how fans, volunteers and staff understand and enjoy the Games. In this role, your work helps every visitor arrive informed, feel welcome and move confidently through each venue, turning LA28's operational planning into moments that make the Olympic and Paralympic experience memorable for all.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $98,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
