Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) seeks a Senior Associate to lead transaction diligence and underwriting for energy, utility, and infrastructure investments. You will prepare financial models, investor materials, and present findings to committees.

The role requires a strong background in Excel-based modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and due diligence, with several years of experience in U.S. energy/infrastructure transactions and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related occupations.
• 3+ years building detailed financial models and cash flow pro formas in Excel.
• 3+ years developing internal and external presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• 2+ years underwriting, due diligence, and closing energy/infrastructure transactions in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction diligence and underwriting of new investments across energy, utility, and infrastructure.
• Prepare financial models, investment committee materials, and briefing documents.
• Lead internal discussions on viability of investment opportunities and financing structures.
• Oversee analysts and associates on deal teams and monitor milestones.
• Perform other duties as needed.
