Blackstone is seeking Associates and Senior Associates for its Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit team. The role can be based in New York City or Houston, reflecting a broad and dynamic investment platform.

You will engage in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring across a varied transaction flow. Responsibilities include drafting memoranda for internal and external use, collaborating in fast-paced environments, and contributing to the investment process from origination

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, private equity or private credit.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and performing due diligence.
• Proven collaboration in fast-paced investment environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of the investment process from origination to execution.
• Prepare memoranda and conduct industry and company research for internal use.
• Share ownership of work products within deal teams.
